Onboarding Trainer, Video Conference Training Program, Visa, Europe: I created a custom training program specifically for Visa which I conducted in their offices across Europe for their team including Managing Directors. Training seminars included their Frankfurt, London and Paris offices.Onboarding Trainer AV Training Program, Honda US, USA: I developed and implemented a training program that was custom made to the Honda AV project for the Polycom infrastructure. Participants involved the US Honda employees across North America and a contingent made up of the Japanese office.Lead, AV Implementation, Honda US, USA: I partnered with the Honda IT team from the conception stage which involved visiting the different sites across the US and advising on Polycom AV systems that would suit their requirements. I also managed the onsite teams to the completion of the project.Lead, Immersive Telepresence Upgrade, Bank of America, USA: I oversaw and coordinated the implementation of the upgrade of Bank of America's Cisco CTS3210 systems to the newest IX5000 technology. This was a multi-million dollar project across the USA, managing teams of up to twenty engineers under hugely time sensitive schedules.Lead, AV Implementation of Frankfurt, London and Basingstoke Offices, VISA, Europe: I collaborated with the European IT and Facilities office to build lasting relationships and design AV solutions tailored to Visas needs for the Frankfurt and Paddington offices. This role also included managing the on site team to implement the finalised design.Lead, Customer Satisfaction, Various, Worldwide: I monitored and ensure that clients were satisfied with project results and identified areas that needed improvement.

Lead, Telepresence Upgrade, Cisco, Japan: Managed and lead a team of engineers in the fulfilment of 6 video conferencing rooms including 100 person capacity split training room in Cisco's Tokyo office.Lead, Google Video Conferencing Infrastructure, Google, Dublin: Managed the installation of Google's own video conferencing system in one of their main buildings in their European headquarters. This involved the management of not just my team of 10 engineers but also coordinating all aspects of the project liaising with external parties under an intensely time sensitive environment.Lead, LVCR (Large Video Conference Room) Project, Cisco, Global: One of 3 engineering leads from our company chosen for a international roll out for a dynamic prototype infrastructure that was created by Cisco to be installed in their offices across the world. My team initiated the designs thought the global including offices in São Paulo, San Francisco, Milan and Warsaw.
