Member of executive management team; provide strategic business advice; responsible for all company legal and risk management/insurance matters, including: - Assistance with corporate and commercial transactions, government relations, licensing, partnerships, sponsorships, property, venue and ticketing arrangements; - Assistance with marketing, PR, social media and advertising, including copy clearance, music licensing and contests/sweepstakes compliance; - Contract drafting and review; corporate governance and compliance; - Employment law and HR compliance; - Insurance, claims, litigation and risk management for the company and individual business units; - Intellectual property and brand protection; - Liquor law compliance; - Privacy and data compliance; and - Management of outside counsel and insurance relationships.
