Prior to my law school venture I owned and operated a martial arts school in Orlando, Florida. Here I was immersed in the daily life and daily struggles of a diverse group of clients. Men, women, and children of all ethnicities would come to the school and I was tasked with facilitating an experience and an environment that not only welcomed everyone, but also fostered growth in each individual and as a group. My success here led to my student base looking to me for more than just martial arts instruction, it presented an opportunity for me to help others in a variety of ways and equipped me with tools that I am sure will set me apart from other candidates and will allow me to become an invaluable asset at any organization.
