As the Head of EHS at Foremost Farms USA, a leading dairy cooperative, I set the EHS strategy and direction for the entire enterprise, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.My strengths include developing and implementing EHS management systems, aligning EHS objectives with business priorities, conducting risk assessments and audits, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, and mentoring and developing talent.
