I worked in the plastics manufacturing industry for 3 years and moved into steel. I drafted and then supervised in a drafting department for a little over 7 and a half years for Valmont Industries. I gained valuable experience in an ever growing communication and small cell market and began to understand that project management and sales were what I wanted to further pursue in my career. I recently was brought on at FRC Construction to be a Project Manager and to help drive FRC to bigger, better things. I am very excited for this new opportunity. Growing up, my father was a carpenter and his trade, still provides me a passion in the housing market. I pride myself in continuous improvement and open-minded thinking to drive efficiencies and productivity.
