Working with NATO's Global Partner Nations to facilitate NATO force engagements and Partner Nation Capacity Building through training.

As the Operational Military lead of the Training Development Working Group and Commanding Officer of 418 Squadron, I worked with our project partners to bring the CC-295 aircraft into service as the newest addition to Canada's Search and Rescue fleet. In addition to establishing a new Royal Canadian Air Force Squadron, I was responsible for leading the Training Development working group as part of the larger Operational Implementation Working Group. This group included members of the Governmental Project Management Office, Military personnel, and civilian industry. This working group developed simulation, classroom, and line training for the future employment of the CC-295 Kingfisher.

Responsible for all aspects of airfield management, including emergency preparedness. Additionally responsible for the oversight and management of the Marine Section, Base Training Section and Meteorological Section.

Responsible for the development, improvement and maintenance of the E-3A NATO AWACS pilot training program. Tasked with introducing and developing a training system for a newly introduced Simulation suite.

Responsible for the maintenance and execution of the Wing Flight Safety Program.

Responsible for the leadership of the pilot section as well as the maintenance and checking of pilot standards, proficiency and training.

Responsible for daily operation, management and oversight of Maritime Patrol Operations, Base Emergency Response and routine operations.

Flew as a Line Pilot and Simulator Instructor until company bankruptcy.

Flew global tactical and strategic missions. Acted as line instructor in both strategic and tactical airlift.
