• Researched to open a Richmond office to maintain and manage a solid sales force and field employees. Primary function in this role was to build and maintain client relationships.
• Responsibilities in this role also included outside sales/sales management, operations management, recruiting/field management, and AR collections.
• Developed sales leads from multiple channels including local networking, building permits, current and past field employees, and clients.
• Trained Field Representatives and provided constant coaching and counseling to ensure that goals were met.
• Recruited and hired field employees for local and out of state projects.
• Built relationships and maintained a close level of contact with key decision makers within client’s accounts payable departments.
