Over 25 years of experience in the working field. Former electrician and current military planner. I desire to work in an environment where people are valued and taken care of, where work gets accomplished through established goals, and where my voice is heard and valued. I prefer a smaller team of professionals to work with. I have experience in military planning and compartmented efforts. I currently manage relationships between the military and the National Capital Region civilian companies.I am a logical individual and I rely on reason to arrive at sound conclusions or to make correct decisions. In a team or on a project, I have the unique ability to identify the strengths, limitations, ideas, goals, or experience each person brings to the group. Because of this, specific people trust me to keep to myself whatever they choose to share. I am skilled at pointing out issues, problems, or obstacles before others see them. I can sometimes be accused of lacking structure or being too flexible, but I do know the best time to speak, listen, advise, or praise when needed in order to be successful at any job.
