Derek has 35 years experience in learning and development. He graduated in Fine Art and Education and after teaching History and English at St Peter's School, he joined MaST SA as an early partner. After MaST was acquired by Advtech in 97, Derek left and in collaboration with a number of training companies, ran many people-based projects. In mid 2020 he was invited to build the Africa region for MaST Evolution, based in London. He has recruited a brilliant team. MaST Africa is finding its way back into the South African corporate world by introducing the world's best digital learning experiences together with a full suite of live training, theatrical and advisory services.
