In charge of A330 Passenger to Freighter Conversion working with various OEMs to ensure the aircraft meets the Return to Service date.Analyzing and proposing rectification schemes to various OEMs for aircraft defects outside of Aircraft Structural Repair Manuals, Maintenance Manuals or Aircraft Service Bulletins.Liaising with customers and aircraft manufactures for timely resolution of technical issues generated on the aircraft under maintenance and/ or modification.Responsible for ensuring that all repair and/or modification works are designed and carried out in accordance with approved engineering data and in full compliance to airworthiness authorities and customers' requirements.Studying defect to understand the cause of damage, to avoid any further damages when repairs done.Presenting Engineering Services department capability to Interns during the production run conducted by company's Training Department.Mentoring new Engineers that just join department.
