• Bulk manufacturing of vaccines working in a sterile Grade C, C1 and D environment with strict compliance to SOPs and GMPs• Using SAP to update the movement and creation of intermediate products into the system along with any equipment and components involved in the process• Correct and accurate documentation on BPRs during each process of formulation• Assist and check calculations in BPRs for formulations of Adsorbed concentrates using adjuvants, diluents, vaccine, toxoid concentrates• Perform Environmental Monitoring tests to obtain particle counts and any possible contaminations

• Weigh client’s food samples to the correct amount according to test codes and SOPs• Following SOPs for lab safety and handling food samples aseptically• Performing dilutions for plating samples on petri films and dishes for enumeration of bacteria using aseptic techniques• Proper documentation on worksheets on samples processed as per SOP guidelines• Preparing different types of media by transferring from media storage to the correct incubation temperatures as stated in SOPs• Proper disposal of pipettes, samples, media and other glassware that need to be disposed of or autoclaved as stated in SOPs
