• Performing dilutions for plating samples on petri films and dishes for enumeration of bacteria using aseptic techniques

• Preparing different types of media by transferring from media storage to the correct incubation temperatures as stated in SOPs
• Proper disposal of pipettes, samples, media and other glassware that need to be disposed of or autoclaved as stated in SOPs
