Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations and customer service performance of 6 location's.- Determine unit allocation and movement among 6 locations to drive maximum revenue.- Accountable for all cost and expense analysis including unit depreciation, collision and liability reserves, account receivables, personnel and facility overhead.- Develop real estate opportunities for growth and overhead reduction. Involved in lease negotiations and rent terms to lower overhead expense.- Accountable for hiring, training and performance management of 40 + employees.- Developing relationships with city and state political leaders.- Build relationships with local non-profit agency to benefit from the company foundation.- Create, implement and lead business to business sales efforts.- Drive inside sales of ancillary products and value-add features and benefits to create additional revenue.- Strong emphasis on Human Resource functions such as Hiring, Firing, training and developing systems to encourage employee retention and upward mobility.
