Ensuring that any problematic areas are highlighted, discussed and solutions agreed.Responsible for updating and distributing the 12 day operational look ahead. Ensuring that equipment and personnel are scheduled to be mobilised in sufficient time to align with upcoming operations.Manage all drilling POB requirements, request names for personnel mobilisations, organize any upman / downman and crew changes.Request equipment proformas from vendors and issue 72hr supply vessel call-offs, ensuring that all vessel load plans are communicated to the quayside team.Distribute supply vessel offload & backload instructions to offshore Deck Crew, identifying any priority cargo.Ensure that all drilling equipment arriving on the platform is checked against manifest & vendor delivery notesResponsible for upkeep of drilling tools & equipment inventories and rental cost trackers, ensuring that high cost rental items are identified and backloaded expeditiously. Copies of these inventories are distributed to Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Accounts & onshore materials on a weekly basis.Generate all disposal requests. Creating IMO/IMDG, COSHH & SEPA notes for waste where necessaryRecord all bulk cargo and drilling chemical transfers to and from supply vessels.Arrange backload of all drilling related equipment as required. Complete accurate inward manifest and ensure that containers & baskets are loaded correctly to avoid damage in transit.

Ensuring that equipment and personnel are scheduled to be mobilised in sufficient time to align with upcoming operations.Review 48 & 24 hour supply vessel load lists, communicating any discrepancies or changes to the onshore drilling materials & logistics coordinator.Distribute supply vessel offload & backload instructions to offshore Deck Foreman, identifying any priority cargo.Ensure that all drilling equipment arriving on the platform is checked against manifest & vendor delivery notes Responsible for upkeep of drilling tools & equipment inventories and rental cost trackers, ensuring that high cost rental items are identified and backloaded expeditiously. Copies of these inventories are distributed to Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Accounts & onshore materials on a weekly basis.Record all bulk cargo and drilling chemical transfers to and from supply vessels.Arrange backload of materials, drillpipe & rental equipment, etc. as required. Organise all transportation and paperwork for items being returned onshore and for inter-field transfers. Keep up to date all manual and computerised systems. Receive and register all rental equipment. Report on a monthly basis on material movements, issues and current stock levels. Supervise the loading and unloading of third party owned, drilling related equipment. Maintain a POB listing for all KCAD and third party personnel. Book all KCAD personnel due to leave the platform on a helicopter flight liaising with operational personnel.

Responsible for training offshore materials coordinators in the use of SAP for stock control, manifesting and requisitioning.
