I grew up fascinated by all things tech and science, and started coding at eight years old. Fascinated by its infinite possibilities, coding came easy to me. I loved the notion of creating something from nothing, and still do. Coding is a form of art.And thus, my mission is that of an artist: to build beautiful things. I currently lead from this school of thought as the CTO and co-founder of Nvok, an emerging technology company dedicated to transforming businesses through bespoke digital solutions.As a leader, I’m zealous about creating a “culture of error,” where people feel safe to take risks and unleash their raw creative powers to find the best outcomes for all involved. Failing fast in a safe space is what propels people and organizations forward. My enthusiasm for the “give back” spirit of the dev community also runs strong.
