I run the window of the ticket office during the day. Helping people buy tickets and with any issues they may have with their tickets. When they either come into the arena in person or if they call in on the phone. I have also worked during multiple basketball games. Helped with some small setup details in front of the ticket office. However, mainly focus on the selling of gameday tickets. Also, I have worked the guest services table at games selling t-shirts for Breast Cancer Awareness game. I have made cold calls to former single game or season ticket holders. Trying to see if they’d be interested in coming out to any games this year. I have helped with mailing out invoices for football season tickets. I work with salesforce and paciolan.

Sylvania Ohio

I would run the social events at the tennis area. Mainly just would setup the food, and make sure the event went smoothly by getting anything members needed as well. I worked on the courts making sure they looked nice and were ready to be played on as well. I also taught junior clinics at the club and started a pickleball clinic. I ran the pickleball clinic, I had a beginner and advance class. This clinic started summer of 2018 having maybe three people showing up between both. The summer of 2019, I had two-four people for both classes.

I created a plan to encourage athletes to come out for the team, conducted one-on-one and group meetings, built up the team’s numbers from 3 players to 11 in one year. I planned and conducted practices, many of which were geared toward first time players. I ordered and organized uniforms and equipment and helped maintain facilities. I helped the Athletic Director with scheduling matches for this season.

Toledo, Ohio Area

While working here I would teach the advanced class at the summer clinics. These classes were high school aged kids. I taught this class with a couple others pros and we taught this class three days a week.

Ottawa Hills, Ohio

I helped maintain the club and maintain all the tennis courts by brushing and lining them. I also, helped with all tennis events at the club. I worked the front desk assigning courts to the members and making sure the assignments were right as well. Finally, I had to open and close the club every week while working there.
