Challenged to lead the second largest MSO through an aggressive launch of a totally new VOIP technology and business development (Voice over Internet Protocol) VOIP. I Held full decision-making authority for all expenditures for the Digital Phone group of Time Warner Cable. Communicated daily with internal stakeholders about project progress to aid in network service deployments.
