I have 5 years experience as a small business owner (Packerland CrossFit) where I was head of sales, coaching, human resources, marketing, client retention, accounting, maintenance, and problem solving. We started from a garage and grew into a 5,700 sq. ft. facility with 5 coaches on staff. With perseverance and persistence we survived through the pandemic as we shifted our business model to an online platform until we were safe to reopen. 4/1/2022 my wife and decided to sell the gym. This experience shaped me into who I am and I am very grateful. I am proud of the Packerland Fam community we built and the ways we were able to give back to the community with fundraisers and teaching wellness!
