Derelict for over 40 years we have persuaded Amber Valley Borough Council to serve a CPO following a Repairs Notice. The Trust will 'back to back' purchase the property and convert to commercial use and include interpretation of the siteWe are applying for grant aid to undertake a county wide survey of the condition of all historic buildings. harnessing up to 300 volunteers and hopefully enlisting the support of all historic building owners in the county for the work of the Trust
