I am a Learning and Development Manager at Circle Medical, a medical practice that provides primary care through a network of in-person and virtual clinics. I have over three years of experience in the healthcare industry, having successfully transitioned from a professional makeup artist to a people manager and a learning and development expert. My growth has been quick, and I credit that to my ability to learn and pivot! My core competencies include content management, coaching and mentoring, learning management, nurturing, and people-centric management. I have created and implemented training programs, SOPs, and knowledge bases for various departments and provided daily coaching and feedback sessions to help staff grow in their roles. I have also managed a team of 50 in-person and remote agents and facilitated their bi-weekly 1:1s and quarterly reviews. I now oversee the onboarding and continued learning for a team of 105 agents and growing! My unwavering mission is to foster growth and development within my teams and across the organization.
