I have an enthusiastic mind in always looking for opportunities to utilize and develop knowledge in Good Design Practice with Entrepreneurial mindset.Ever since I have joined We Are Perspective as the Design Director of the Singapore office, we have started playing a pivotal role in the innovation think-tank here in Singapore.I enjoy developing and cultivating healthy relationships with clients at the most senior levels and meeting challenges of the markets in which the clients operate. I am also responsible for driving business development here in Asia. My specific roles are to drive strategic plans and objectives for clients within the agency and monitor efforts to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. I am also involved in managing internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability.
