I was responsible for the line and my station and any other station that needed assistance. Preparation of the line daily. Ordering inventory for the kitchen. Calling the order and during service, also making sure the food comes up at the same time. I was able to leave my area and help other that may fall behind. A very high pace with large volumes daily.

Ran the bars kitchen at night. Cooking and managing. Later i left to work for Canteen to work full time.
