During this role, I have attained graduate studies in electrical engineering. I attained in-depth knowledge in Circuits I & II, Electronics I, II, and Intro to Programming and Electromagnetics as well as Intro to PLC, Control Systems, and PLC Motion Controls.

While performing this role, I managed daily schedule and organized meetings with clients to discuss the potential for new technology in their homes. I explored client's demands, presented proposals, and discussed projects with the clients in a timely manner on possibilities and manner of execution. I streamlined communication with clients, services team, and in-store sales team/leadership for difficult to large projects.
