Additional responsibility for finance, car selection, insurance, fuel management through Allstar Charge Card, maintenance and servicing, mileage management, driver fines, penalties and endorsements, License authorisation, vehicle damage. Company Car Policy. • The identification of revenue opportunities with existing and new suppliers, across the company e.g. Vodafone, BT and Dyson.

Responsible for the sourcing, negotiation and purchase, of food, beverage, disposables, and equipment for the 167 Little Chef Restaurant chain and Burger King franchise. Responsibilities also include Menu development, Suppliers visits and overseeing Restaurant operations. Turnover £80 million.Achievements:Saved £400K for Little Chef Restaurants from Food Service procurement. Consistently kept food inflation under 1%

Increased trade from £20 million to £24.5 million.
