Designed, built, and implemented a Statewide Training Schedule for Ohio’s 5000 SNAP/TANF staff over 4 months.Managed central communications for Field Support Team through daily and monthly IES project newsletters to increase team awareness of upcoming project milestones and to increase staff engagement and share best practices.

Serve as a critical member of school leadership team, along with School Leaders and Assistant School Leaders, to ensure effective operational support of school strategy and to manage school operations.Assist the School Leader and Manager of Finance to create and oversee the school’s budget and finances with support from the Director of Operations and manages school-based purchasing.Oversee student information systems, school facilities and physical conditions, and logistics for school field trips and events.Implement and maintain technology plan and school-wide compliance with health and safety laws for the campus.
