Managing interests and maximising benefits to all stakeholders, ultimately delivering both major projects safely, ahead of plan and significantly under budget.Created an empowered environment through active workforce involvement which in turn generated a greater level of inter-dependency and personal responsibility realising a reduction in all accidents by 50% in a high hazard operation.Reinvigorated engineering disciplines and maintenance regimes, resulting in an improvement in equipment quality and availablility, thus ultimately extracting 3.5M tonnes of material per annum since 2011 - an increase of 30%.
