EHR/EMR Implementation Specialist - Cross-country traveling to dialysis facilities to support, train, teach new EHR (electronic heath record) charting system. Ensure clinical staff is adequately skilled to provide precise documentation that aligns with CMS, federal, and as well as local standards. Remote from home on non-travel weeks assisting teammates across the company virtually via email, telephone, and/or video call. Conjoined with team leadership. Preform field teammate evaluations. Ensure teammates are providing effective information deliverance. Work alongside supervisors/directors to guide team in continuous improvement and service excellence.
