I have held a number of senior roles in the financial services industry, specialising in the investment management and life, pensions & savings sectors. Currently I am the Financial Controller of the M&G Investments Group, a key segment within the M&G plc Group. The role involves the financial controllership of multiple teams and entities across numerous geographies, coupled with the consolidation of the results, management of all income processes, and delivery of all regulatory reporting and capital management requirements.I possess a wide skill set and have led teams in delivering a number of core finance competencies - statutory & regulatory reporting, management accounting, cost control, budgeting, planning, business partnering, corporate transactions and change management.I have a strong technical and commercial background but also greatly enjoy the team-working aspects of business; I have significant experience in working with senior stakeholders, delivering projects, and in managing and developing teams.
