In his career, Derek created a number of Primetime hits including BBC One's John Bishop’s Britain’ and E4’s comedy reality smash, Tool Academy and has executive produced some of the biggest brands on television, including Big Brother (Channel 4), I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! (ITV1), Strictly! (BBC1), 8 Out Of 10 Cats (Channel 4) and The Match (Sky One). He has launched a number of hit shows, including Would I Lie To You?
