Managed the utilization of over 300 case formers/erectors and hundreds of ancillary equipment (stackers, conveyors, compressors, etc.) in the US, Canada, Central America, Mexico, and Chile. This includes maintenance, service, and movement of machinery. Worked closely with product design group to develop new products including DEFOR®, Duracool®, Produce Shield®, and Secure Stack®. Hired, developed, and trained a young service group to support the machinery and sales. Managed over 18 service technicians in two locations, Visalia and Modesto. Also worked closely with industrial sales of same plants to help identify common ground between customer and production during quality disputes (Technical Service Representative). Managed a P&L of about $3 Million.
