• Reporting to the Managing Director for a yearly P&L responsibility of £1.8 million for the Service Department, I am responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning and development of long-term business.
• In-charge for the complete restructuring and mentorship of a 60+ Service department team in line with agreed budgets.
• Led the implementation of a new operational system EFACs and the 200k re-stocking project of the entire fleet of vans.Notable Achievements
• Reduced operating costs from 1.65M to 985k within 6 months by restructuring the parts dispatch against live and dead jobs.
• Increased contract profitability by 9% overall contracts by the clarification of costing tables on individual contracts, further removing and expanding the scope of contracts and renegotiating new contracts.
• Executed continuous improvements and technology enhancements in the management structure, operational procedures, systems and reporting processes within the aftersales department that resulted in heightened efficiency.

• Sole accountability for the diversity of the Alimak UK Aftersales operational portfolio, servicing and maintain all elevators, with further ownership to steer the biggest ever single refurbishment package sale at.
• Consistently achieved a YoY growth of 20-30% every year since 2010 that peaked at 45% in 2014 via a culture of increased customer focus to meet and surpass expectations on key deliverables such as resource pricing.
• Managed and led the Service department to achieve the ‘Best Department’ within the group repeatedly for 2012/14/15.
• Spearheaded a multi-functional team in the day-to-day operations management of the company’s demanding UK and Offshore Market service pool, with the key mandate to embed operational excellence and ensure high-level.
• Led the re-imaging of the offshore marketing brochure, creation of a like-for-like day rate sheet, improvement in the liability insurance to reflect requirements and adoption of security advice to meet the travel to.
• Worked diligently to transform the Service Department into an efficient, cohesive, productive and profitable unit, witnessing a noteworthy growth during my appointment with a 30% YoY increase in after sales growth.
