I have fifteen (15) years, and growing of system integration, electrical design, instrumentation and controls design, network design, and project management experience. I have managed projects in many industries including Water/Wastewater, Power Generation, Network Architecture, Food Processing, and Biosolids and Organic Management who have benefited from my presence as a leader and my experience. My lead role was to be a team leader and to teach up coming team members, and run multiple projects from kick-off to closeout. My roles as a project manager includes, managing internal resources, running meetings with clients, invoicing, reviewing design and documentation, managing deliverables, tracking extras, running and overseeing client acceptance tests, and final documentation to name a few.As a team leader, I have excelled at teaching team members and encouraging them to be the best they can be. I have applied my leadership skills to run a successful team, through discernment, teachability, integrity, tenacity, and accountability.
