My job was to oversee the daily pallet processing operations in three large warehouses located in the Carlisle, Pennsylvania area. •Schedule loads of pallets to be picked up or delivered •Schedule empty trailers to be available at each warehouse •Work closely with our customer base •Ensure the customer has the proper pallets for their product •Provide emergency repairs to tractors, trailers, forklifts, etc. •Hire new employees and provide the proper training •Maintain all forklifts
