Residential Real Estate Sales

Was managing broker for 40+ agents and oversaw the education program for the office. Created lesson plans, weekly and monthly education schedules and taught 3-5 classes per week, consisting of one-two hour session per class. Also taught a monthly week-long class on “Pro Manage” which required certification to teach.Classes taught: Pro Manage – Working with Top Producer 7i and 8i, Working with Buyers, Listing Presentations, Working with Foreclosures, Managing a Farm,New Agent Training, Lead Generation

Began my real estate career successfully both in sales and achievements. Successfully completed three accreditations including ABR, GRI, and CRS. Also completed 7 property sales in the Bend area.

Complete oversight of a multi-million dollar retail bicycle store. Duties included payroll, inventory control and maintenance, scheduling, retail sales, and employee education, including weekly sales meetings and monthly clinics educating the staff on current products and trends in the industry.

Developed a clientele base which grew from 15 to over 60 in the Los Angeles area. Duties included wholesale representation and education of the shop owners and employees through classes and clinics. Typically clinics were once or twice per week, 3 hours per night. Classes were monthly approximately 8 times per year.
