I am responsible for the management and oversight of ARC Scotland Training and the Accredited SVQ Assessment Centre. As a training department we provide regulated qualifications and the delivery of mandatory and specialist training to the social care workforce.I have worked in the Social Care Sector since 1986 and have a wealth of experience of supporting people within the voluntary, statutory, health and private sector.I believe that people who deliver support to individuals with additional needs should get the information they need to work in person centred ways.
