• Support strategic initiatives related to the National Insurance (NI) Specialty organization, including, but not limited to, the following:• Leading an NI Specialty wide effort to achieve consistency and create capacity in our underwriting process by performing a diagnostic on 100+ individual tasks performed by UWs and AAs, creating ~20 hours of capacity per month to date for our AAs• Conducted the research and recommendation to create a new Life Sciences vertical by analyzing its $2B market size and competitive landscape, developing a SIC Code definition that aligned with NI’s risk tolerance/appetite, and soliciting broker feedback through conversations with AON• Coordinated an event in Miami with 25 of our Excess Casualty leaders to create alignment in each of our five Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Excess functions and provide greater clarity to the market and our customers; this work directly led to the creation of a GRS-wide Excess team, currently serving as the model of collaboration for our organization• Support executive presentations (~75 to date), ranging from keynote sessions on emerging trends to Board of Director decks and strategic plan presentations; viewed as presentation subject matter expert, providing consultation on storyboarding, flow and design to coworkers

• Led a cross-functional project to establish five year expense targets for each of GCM’s 17 country operations; worked directly with country-level operations to assess their regulatory environment, specific areas of opportunity, and departmental expense breakdowns• Created a rate and retention elasticity model to provide our Directors of State Operations with projected PTOI and Combined Ratio impacts of taking additional rate; ultimately this was used both as a planning tool as well as support for potential rate increases/discussions with the DOI • Created monthly financial highlight decks and provide key insights and analytics to senior management to help drive impactful business decisions• Led analytics around key business drivers for USCM planning rounds and helped identify areas of future opportunity; worked cross functionally with our product organization to ensure timeliness and accuracy of results
