My name is Derek Prusa and I am a co-founder and head of investment strategies at Advisor 123, a flat-fee, cost effective solution designed to help advisors maximize time and resources in order to focus on delivering a better client experience.I am also the co-founder and owner of Aspire Wealth Advisory, where I provide holistic financial planning and disciplined investment management. Prior to starting Advisor 123 and Aspire Wealth, I was a key employee at one of the fastest growing private companies in America (ranking as high as #10 on Inc. 500’s list), where I was in charge of managing over $3.8 billion in assets. I have been a CFP® professional since 2015, a CFA Charterholder since 2016, and a certified investment nerd since I can remember. In 2015, I was also honored to be included in a 30 under 30 list, being named a young professional transforming the industry.I graduated from Ferris State University in 2012 with a BS in Investment Finance and a 3.97 overall GPA. While at Ferris, I was honored to receive the College of Business Student Excellence Award as well as the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key (awarded to the graduating senior with the highest grade point average from the School of Business).
