Field based role providing technical and scientific support primarily to NHS pathology laboratories and clinical staff for the use of Sebia automated and semi-automated instruments and assays. I provide remote and/or onsite troubleshooting with a significant amount of travelling . Involved is functional training of instruments within the laboratory and scientific training related to interpreting results, nearly all assays are non-calibrated so require subjective interpretation. Includes training small groups (1-4) and presenting to larger groups of staff (upwards of 20). I assist with or fully complete installations of equipment including preparation of instruments prior to delivery.Within this role I work closely with other field based staff including account managers and service engineers and aim to represent the company in a professional and open way at all times to build relations with customers.
