Compile observations and mixing data into a lab report that consisted of, RPM adjustments, Rubber temperature, Total mix time, Rubber handling on mill.

• Responsible for providing test data on the quality of finished textile and rubber products. Contribute to a team effort to reach quality goals in a safe and timely fashion. Follow all work procedures to complete all testing with accuracy. Communicate with quality team members and productions supervisors on production issues. Provide information to operators on customer quality issues during shift meetings. Certify product that passed all requirements to ship to customers. • Conduct start up and change over line audits to ensure all specifications are correct and notify supervisors of any issues during process of the audit so all can be corrected before non-conforming is made. Provide supervisors with test results and report failures so adjustments can be made. Assist engineers and process techs with lab orders or any special testing that is needed.
