Manage 50-70 delivery drivers across Connecticut. Communicate with IC to ensure they are performing duties properly. Work closely with dispatch for customers’ (restaurant and consumers) satisfaction. Manage hiring process and onboarding of new drivers as well as scheduling. Responsible for hitting sales and payroll goals and creating incentives to increase productivity. Manage all restaurants’ issues, troubleshoot, and onboard cutting-edge technology. Integrate product through popular POS (Toast, Square, Clover). Create menus and marketing, and ensure Google Business profile is in line with LTV goals. Oversee significant growth in users, employees and revenue as a result of strategic marketing.
