Internship with the City of Chicago’s central IT organization which provides technology and telecommunication services to city departments, businesses, residents and tourists. • Conducted interviews with Chicagoans for the improvement of Chicago’s 311 website, a center for access to all city and non-emergency services.• Conducted statistical research on homeless population for the redesign of Department of Family and Support Services website. • Created wireframe graphs utilizing Figma, for the Department of Family and Support Services.• Assisted and collaborated with design team in the creation of Chicago Design System, a guide to producing services and technology applications for employees and residents of the City of Chicago.
