During my tenure at Nickelodeon I have gained design experience across all of our CP lines — Toys and Games, Electronics, Soft Goods, Apparel, Interactive and even Packaging. I currently manage our three lead designers on the Boys Toys team in Nickelodeon Creative Resources.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide direction and supervision for all creative and design strategy for our boy-focused properties- Assign and manage workflow to all design team members and freelancers- Manage brands including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Blaze and the Monster Machines and all other boy-focused Nickelodeon IP- Manage licensees including Fisher Price, Playmates, Mega Bloks, Funko, Kid Robot, iHome Electronics, and Cardinal- Work closely with Nickelodeon Animation and Paramount Pictures in the development of toyetic content for motion pictures and on-air programming- Lead the invention of new, innovative toys and games for our licensees- Develop line looks for our new brands- Manage creative schedule and development costs on all projects from inception to production- Regular communication and presentation to our licensees and vendors- Provide creative direction and design assistance to our international teams in Europe, Latin America and Asia- Specialize in the creation of new and alternate art styles of our characters for high-end and specialized markets; distribute this creative in a packet quarterly to our international offices for use in their territories

- Creator of The Dog Park plush line, a direct to retail program with FAO Schwarz.- I worked closely with FAO president David Niggli in the production and marketing of 12 original plush characters.- During its run, prior to the TRU buyout, the line experienced two sold-out holiday seasons and page 1 placement in the Christmas catalogs.- June 2007 was Dog Park month at the New York flagship store, featuring prominent ground floor placement, tower displays inside the front door and full window displays along 5th Avenue and 57th Street.

- Designer and content developer of children's products for the restaurant industry, including toys, premiums, activity books, menus and apparel- Accounts included Red Lobster (Clawde's Cove), Olive Garden (Ollie the Olive and Friends), Sonic Drive-Thru (Wacky Packs), Ruby Tuesday (The Ruby Crew), Taco Time (Fiesta Friends), Del Taco (Kid Loco) and Perkins (Jeff the Chef and the Bakery Buddies)- Won Children's Menu of the Year in 2004 for my work on Red Lobster's Clawde's Cove program
