Create, develop and maintain the platforms/programs, documents, responsibilities, policies, procedures, schedules, and requirements for the new RTA department. Collaborate with the Department Director and Workforce Management WFM to set daily, weekly, and monthly activity-limits and goals for each Call-Rep, Supervisor, Lead, and Department.Use the provided platforms/programs to re-trace the history of each Employee’s schedule, activity and exceptions, while Real-Time Monitoring all of their Attendance, Call Times, Unavailable Times, Log-Off Times, and Break Times.Record, Organize and Calculate all unapproved / out of adherence activity onto a customized spreadsheet, that will show either day to day progress or concerns. Communicate to each of the Supervisors, Leads, and Department Managers of all of the alerts that were observed and recorded.Train & Supervise the team members within the RTA department.

Observe, Record and Report any incidents and events that can or did affect the security, safety and functionality of the company and its personnel.Understand, follow and enforce all policies and procedures.Maintain the safety, care and privacy of patient’s / children, family members, residents, and staff, while being a source of information for all authorized personnel.Provide security clearance and direction to approved spaces for authorized personnel, while preventing any unauthorized visitation, activities and actions on company property.Respond to and document security requests, care or safety assistance, concerns, illegal activity, aggressive / inappropriate behavior, threats, etc. in a timely and effective manner.Regularly patrol and conduct video surveillance / monitoring of the interior and exterior areas of the assigned property / jurisdiction.Provide training, supervision, assignments, and scheduling to all new or assigned employees.Maintain composure and professionalism during high stress situations (Examples; death, drug overdoses, assaults of any kind, bomb threats, site evacuations, health / medical incidents, etc.).Provide basic certified medical assistance while on the contracted site.Assist the local Law Enforcement, Fire or EMS departments during any responses to the company property.Provide assistance to the Facilities Manager, Technicians and Engineers.Manage all Vendors / Contractors.Manage and respond to all facility requests and maintenance concerns, along with all incoming and outgoing mail.Manage, record and report on assigned inventory of the company’s needed materials
