I have competed internationally in disc sports since 1978 when I won my first UK Overall Frisbee Champion title. I played Ultimate Frisbee at international level for many years. I specialise in disc golf and was the UK number 1 every year from 1991 to 2012. I have competed in disc golf tournaments in 34 countries, and was the first European player to be inducted to the Disc Golf Hall of Fame.In 1994 I bought 15 acres of pasture and transformed it into the UK's first purpose built dedicated disc golf course, called Quarry Park. This has expanded rapidly in the last 10 years following investment in landscaping, parking, toilets and a pro shop. In 2017 I upgraded the parking and pro shop and now devote myself full-time to the business.I supply disc golf equipment on and I have undertaken several professional course design consultancies. I have appeared as a Frisbee expert on TV many times including BBC Breakfast News, Big Breakfast, Moment of Truth (with Cilla Black), Transworld Sport, B Road Britain (with Robbie Coltrane), Collectors Lot and Question of Sport.My goal is to attract more visitors to my course by continually improving the facilities and service at Quarry Park.
