(2003 – 2021) Canadian Sport Institute Calgary, (Contractor)• Mental Performance Consultant with the Canadian Sport Institute Calgary since 2003 and became a full-time consultant in 2005 through 2018. Through the last 4 Winter Olympic Games, supporting Canadian Olympians, National, and Developmental teams. Working with high performance leaders, coaches, athletes, and support staff (e.g., psychologists, physiologists, nutritionists, strength and conditioning, medical staff, etc.).• Engaging in the daily environment with many National teams such as Speed Skating Canada, Hockey Canada and Alpine Canada developing, implementing, and evaluating high performance team cultures, sport psychology programs, and mental training curriculums. • Knowledge and experience to attend to various human challenges of performance stress, anxiety, distraction, performance impairment, addiction, psychological disorders, trauma, and mental health issues, as well as career transition. • International and National conference presentations as well as co-authoring papers and publications.
