Initially enrolled as a as a SQL Report Writer by CT Automotive. Within the early months, my responsibilities expanded, leading to my advancement to an IT Management position. Just a year later, in recognition of my broad skill set to identify areas requiring improvement, I received my promotion to the role of Group IT Manager, spearheadeding IT operations across our various global sites.As a part of my responsibilities, I've implemented ITIL practices to streamline and enhance our IT service management, contributing to a significant improvement in our IT network infrastructure, information processes, and management protocols across all our establishments. This impact has been felt internationally, reaching our sites in the United Kingdom, China, the United States, Turkey, India, and the Czech Republic.Under my stewardship, our company has secured and annually maintained compliance with ISO 7001 and Tisax standards. The successful integration of ITIL practices and adherence to these standards underlines my commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to the best practices in our industry.

Following my departure from the Royal Navy, I embarked on my professional journey with an upcoming CCTV company, QVIS, which had recently expanded from a small computer shop on the high street. Initially hired as first line support, I showcased my technical proficiency and management skills, which helped me to swiftly move up the ladder to become a Support Manager.Within six months of my appointment as Support Manager, I was promoted to the position of IT Manager. This role entrusted me with the responsibility of designing, implementing and overseeing not only the technical support team but also managing the IT infrastructure of the company.
