Lead a 12-person Board of Directors charged with managing the strategic direction, Financials, Risk and Executive Director performance of a large Counseling, Teaching and Training non-profit that has been in Charlotte for 30 years.

Areas of focus included: -- Coordinating the corporation's Global Resolution & Recovery Planning projects across the enterprise;-- Brought consistency to Internal process efficiency efforts (to ensure the teams were collectively defining, evaluating, prioritizing and delivering individual ideas to make the company more productive, less complex and better able to drive future growth);-- Led the Finance Change Management team (120+), responsible for multiple initiative portfolios across 4+ years, the largest being a program to move multiple General Ledgers over to a new target, SAP-based platform (major enterprise program spend);-- Managed numerous program and project teams and organizations across the retail bank, HR, Risk & Compliance, and Finance;-- Participated in and led extensive merger-integration efforts across multiple lines of business; -- Represented and led many Employee Engagement teams and improvement efforts for multiple divisions.
