C12 is an invitation-only group of business owners, presidents and CEO’s. We meet monthly in advisory roundtables of 10-14 members, who have found the C12 day extremely valuable across many areas including:
• Counsel for difficult decisions from others who have varied experiences but a common set of values;
• A refreshing and more strategic approach to both the leadership of the business and the purpose and ministry of it;
• Belief in the balance of building the important relationships of life as well as building businesses;
• A third-party objective board of advisors dedicated to contributing, rooting, and praying for your success

Service alongside other Elders, shepherding Uptown Church (Presbyterian Church of America). Previous served as the Chair of the diaconate at Uptown for many years.

Lead a 12-person Board of Directors charged with managing the strategic direction, Financials, Risk and Executive Director performance of a large Counseling, Teaching and Training non-profit that has been in Charlotte for 30 years.

Leader of large, enterprise transformational programs and transitions for more than two decades. Areas of focus included: -- Coordinating the corporation's Global Resolution & Recovery Planning projects across the enterprise;-- Brought consistency to Internal process efficiency efforts (to ensure the teams were collectively defining, evaluating, prioritizing and delivering individual ideas to make the company more productive, less complex and better able to drive future growth);-- Led the Finance Change Management team (120+), responsible for multiple initiative portfolios across 4+ years, the largest being a program to move multiple General Ledgers over to a new target, SAP-based platform (major enterprise program spend);-- Managed numerous program and project teams and organizations across the retail bank, HR, Risk & Compliance, and Finance;-- Participated in and led extensive merger-integration efforts across multiple lines of business; -- Represented and led many Employee Engagement teams and improvement efforts for multiple divisions.
