The deployment model was recognized as a best practice by the USAREUR Deputy Commanding General and became the standard for all installations throughout Europe.- Developed the 2020 capital improvement plan prior to officially announcing to the German Press that Baumholder was an enduring community within the USAREUR footprint. This plan focused on sustainability while improving both facilities and housing within the Baumholder footprint.- Conducted process improvements on the minimally profitable Non-Appropriated Fund program resulting in it becoming the second most profitable Installation in Germany despite the deployment of the Brigade Combat Team. - Implemented all facets of the Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE) program and improved every area of base operations in the Baumholder community. Executed the battalion’s 5 million dollar budget for both internal and external operations. - Responsible for the combat readiness of the battalion, including organic and contracted maintenance, supply training and resources. - Directed the staff in the areas of training, operations, personnel, and logistics in all force modernization issues ensuring the battalion is combat capable and prepared to deploy in support of contingency operations.
