I currently work exclusively with civil practice matters including personal injuries, injunctive, employment and other civil matters and have experience with Aviation law and Military law matters and procedures as a result of my previous service with the Defence Forces. I have extensive knowledge and experience with air accident investigation reports and related issues including family representation at coroner inquests.

As the Senior Law Lecturer of IPASS I was originally tasked with the drafting and presentation / delivery of employment law related topics nationwide. My role involved drafting and editing the employment law aspect of the IPASS Book since 2009. Whilst working with IPASS I dealt with many employment law queries with my emphasis on resolution rather than conflict within the employment environment and successfully negotiated many acceptable resolutions on behalf of IPASS members. Delivering and marking students results of the annual IPASS Employment modules of the IPASS Diploma in Payroll Management was a particular annual highlight as was presenting a topical employment subject at the well attended Annual Conference.

Volunteer Member of the Board of Directors with emphasis on assisting the Chairman and the Board with the newly introduced governance, regulation, employment and related legal matters. I also undertook drafting employment policies, financial guidance documents and policies, strategic planning and Memoranda of Understanding and Service Level Agreements along with representation and advocacy on the Charities behalf with Government Departments, Ministers as well as senior military commanders including drafting agreed veterans policy for inclusion in the White Paper on Defence to ensure seamless transfer of information between veterans, the Charity and other key stakeholders. Enhancing the publics knowledge and understanding of the ONE's charitable services and provision of relief to homeless veterans was a central theme to my time on the Board. I continue to support and work with the Charity as an ordinary member.

Served at home and abroad as a member of the Defence Forces and finished my service in aircraft maintenance logistic management with a responsibility for ensuring fixed wing operation units had the logistical support and maintenance equipment to perform the many and varied roles they were tasked with on a daily basis.
