I serve as Executive Director of Vision House, a Seattle-area organization that will walk alongside families experiencing homelessness until every child has a home. I love Vision House because is not transactional—it’s empowering, personal and addresses core problems that lead to housing instability for families. Transitional housing, emergency support, job skills and search, counseling - the work of Vision House goes deep as we help families launch into a positive next chapter of their lives. For the last 15 years I've grown the impact of nonprofit organizations, most recently leading marketing for schools and designing new initiatives at $1.6B Christian humanitarian organization World Vision. Earlier in my career I worked as a TV news reporter, producing stories to seek justice for families who have encountered trauma. I also was occasionally the guy reporting live on the side of an icy highway telling you that you shouldn't go outside. Prior to leading Vision House, I served as a Vision House board member, board president and volunteer with my children.
