As the Executive Director of Signal Hill, my focus is spent on maximizing how we can equip young people to be humble, hungry, and smart leaders ready to take on their life’s calling.My love for leadership and education first began in my undergraduate studies where I earned my B.A, specializing in the Evolution of Culture. Afterwards, I attended Duke University to pursue a Masters in Theological Studies. The combination of my education and past leadership roles drew me to pursue a senior role in the non-profit sector where I’m currently focusing on equipping youth in North America to become flourishing leaders that can fulfill their potential.I'm passionate about transformative education, leadership, and taking good ideas and growing them into flourishing realities. On top of being an avid problem solver, my experience running an education charity during a global pandemic has made me incredibly adaptive and nimble.
